With the continuous maturity of product technology, the design, production and installation cycle has been greatly shortened, and the work efficiency has been greatly improved. After the installation of the industrial fast door, it is necessary to carry out debugging and acceptance, to detect whether the door body runs smoothly and whether the function keys are normal, which relates to the safety and practicability in the process of use, so this step is very important. The debugging of fast rolling door is mainly divided into four steps:

1. Debugging and detection of upper and lower limits

When the door body is at rest, press the rise button and the door body will move upward. After buffering and stopping completely, judge whether the lifting height meets the user's requirements. If the requirements are not met, debug again; After the event, press the drop button and observe whether the stop position of the end of the door body is natural and appropriate after the falling of the door body completely stops.

2. Emergency stop button performance detection

When the door body is running, press the emergency stop button and observe whether the door body stops immediately. If it still runs normally, it is necessary to check whether the emergency stop button is disabled or damaged.

3, automatically open function debugging

Using the movement of vehicles and personnel to simulate the actual situation, observe whether the door can be opened in time, and whether the full Angle without dead Angle signal coverage.

4, infrared anti-smash performance debugging

In the falling process of the door body, cut off the infrared targeting system to see whether the door body will bounce up in time. In the process of testing, industrial fast door manufacturers should be contacted in time, and their own safety should be paid attention to to prevent damage caused by failure of the infrared system.

In addition to debugging the fast door, the controller debugging of the fast shutter door is also very important. The specific debugging methods are as follows:

1. After mechanical installation is completed, do not connect the wires of radar, photoelectric, geomagnetic, connecting and other equipment that may affect debugging temporarily. During debugging, only gently touch the panel (if there is no light touch panel, only connect the rise, fall, stop button, manual-automatic knob and manual indicator light and automatic indicator light on the door of the electrical box) until the basic data Settings of the lower limit, lower origin, lower speed change, up speed change, upper limit and delay of the door are completed (the door can run normally up and down), then gradually connect the automatic equipment to simplify debugging Process, reduce debugging interference.

2. Methods and steps of using touch screen to debug the fast door:

(1) In the case of cutting off the power, plug the touch screen cable into the PLC DB9 multi-purpose programming port (note: if the live plug will damage the communication interface between PLC and touch screen).

(2) Press any location on the home page of the touch screen to enter the main menu and select "Initial Debugging" to enter the debugging interface. First, "Basic Settings", optional items include: "Touch Panel - Button knob" : select "Touch panel" if the film printing of the light panel, select "knob switch" if the ordinary button and knob. (The system default is "light touch panel") "Allow coupling - Prohibit coupling" : if the rolling shutter door is running alone and does not need to be connected with other equipment, select "Forbid coupling"; if you need to double door coupling or fan and other equipment coupling, select "Allow coupling". (The system default is "Allow connection") After setting the above items, press the "Confirm" button to save, otherwise the data will be lost once the power is off.

(3) Debug the lower limit - origin - lower speed change - up speed change - upper limit - automatic delay descent time according to the prompt of the touch screen. The origin position must be set within the range of 0-50 increase in the value of the encoder when the door drops down to make the origin photoelectric switch operate, so as to offset the droop caused by the inertia impulse of the door. After debugging, you must press "Confirm" to save data to prevent data loss.

(4) Manual debugging: After the initial debugging, if you need to change some running parameters, you can press "Manual debugging" and modify those parameters accordingly.

(5) Operation and maintenance: if the "allowed count" is set, when the door runs to the rated number of times it will stop running, then you can reset the parameters in the "operation and maintenance" page, if the "setting number" is changed to "zero", there will be no more operation restrictions. If the rated number of maintenance can also be set to "run times" to "zero", to restart a new round of counting display (but will not stop).

(6) After pressing "Operation and maintenance", the "Operation" interface is first entered, and the door can be raised and lowered by simulating the panel switch. Note: The "up" and "down" switches are not controlled by the upper limit and the lower limit of the point switch, easy to operate in the case of abnormal door failure. So in the press to quickly let go, otherwise may burst the top (this function is optional function, must have power to maintain the backup power support).
